They are distinct UI, but both have the same underpinnings.
Once again, BH is just a UI, a User Interface that talks. A blockchain is a stack of utilities and the UI is at the top of the stack. DAML, BTP Hyperledger Sextant, are all part of the stack in top of QMC Ledger. All of it makes up QMC HealthID and it's ecosystem of partners.
Bella is as UI. QMC can change the UI to whatever it wants without changing QMCH. It allows any company or school or team to have its name on the UI. They all will use QMCH, and companies will get separate results for their own people who cooperate in the testing.

Maybe the UI could say, "Bella Health and Citi" or whatever company/org is involved.
