Agree no downside and part of cocktail...but if Philippines was going to approve they already would have IMO they like everyone else is afraid to approve something the US FDA hasn’t...otherwise why wait? Canada could have it right now not to mention Brazil. Public opinion isn’t going to force the FDA hand with an available vaccine.
