I don't know if CYDY has filed or is about to file for an EUA, but I have reason to think they have NOT been told by the EUA not to file. I wrote the FDA to ask, and the reply was that they are not allowed to comment on potential/pending applications. So apparently the EUA application is either potential or pending, and therefore not rejected or warded off.

Of course I am taking their words literally. Others might not.
