To up list from my understanding direct listing requires 2 accounting go though and a precise break down of potential revenues. No matter how big or small the partner is it will have to reflect on the 8K and removed from the revenue projection. Depending the size of the partner it could have minimal effect on share price .The revenue project to set initial share price has to be summited and Nasdaq agree to it. A missing partner may have to resubmit the paperwork and approval adding more delays
