"There hasn’t been any dilution in AMBS for a very long time. The focus is on getting TOMDF where it belongs in terms of price now that the fundamentals are strong. Revs are critical, but valuation will come from TOMDF treasure trove of IP that we have proven we can commercialize"
"The TA numbers at Todos are correct - I never said there was no dilution at Todos. Convertible note holders had a contractual period to convert prior to being bought out. Most chose to convert because it was more profitable. We disclosed the update yesterday via 8k as promised."
