It's been shorted/shrunk for the longest. I actually thought it was going to go back to $0.01 range. It's no wonder the volume has shrunk too. Probably investor's shares are stuck at higher prices because they didn't sell for a loss, or there has been so much selling for a loss, Investors were waiting for share price to stop falling and bottom out.

If MMs want order flow, they better start sending the S.P. back up.

I was very nice in Jan. The MMs were allowing the S.P. to bounce around, up and down. Just about perfect volitivity.
