So what does a shell company that paid out a 4 million dollar dividend, beats brokers and clearing firms from taking the dividend away shareholders, survives a rare U3 halt without SEC suspension, survives the grey market, reestablishes a 15c-211 for quotation, re-registered with its incorporated state, have its share structure reduced by over 80%, and have over 1.3 billion in volume since April 3rd 2020 seem like to you?
Extraordinarily difficult to fathom and extremely rare to ever experience or witness in OTC history if not the entire US financial system!
Maybe its just me, but April 13th 2021 is just another event that will happen in a very long list of amazing things that have already happened thus far.
