Unless of course CYDY hasn’t paid Incelldx for the test results, which they haven’t. Therefore, the data is not theirs for the time being.
CYDY submitted the BLA without RO data. You are correct that a portion of the 700mg monotherapy patients had the RO collected on them, but again, those samples and RO data are in possession of Incelldx (see paragraph above regarding CYDY not paying their bills).
