I'm a bit confused about a few things, forgive my total ignorance.....but how can Kirkland submit filings on behalf of the company if he's not in management?

And if he has all those preferred shares, can't he convert them at some point?

And wasn't the plan to bring the Israeli company over to the US "empty shell"? So if Kirkland is in control there and he's doing shenanigans, then isn't that off the table?

Also, didn't Kirkland want the bankruptcy to go forward since then the number of outstanding shares would increase and he could sell more?

Forgive my total ignorance, but even though I pretty much read the posts almost every day and have been doing that for the past 4 years, I'm still so utterly confused about this company and what it's doing and what's going on...
