MD- to be fair, many of us early investors have or had shares with legends on the certificates. I do not know the status of any registration statements at this time because I only hold unrestricted shares, but this is a legitimate aspect of running a company. My guess is there are expired registrations in which some early investors still need help removing the legends.

And I’d take the job listings on the Cydy web page about as seriously as the management of this company at this point...

Speaking of which; 48 hours have passed, no Philippines, no word from FDA accepting the 140 protocol, no mention of the dreaded “new” weekly conference call...etc.
