He has spoken with counsel from the SEC.
FINRA members can trade securities in Grey market, which has zero to do with the company, and or it's Nasdaq listing, or IPO, as soon as listed the discount brokerage firms must change to NGIO period, as FINRA stated. Don't even pay attention to this listing it's out of our control and has no bearing on what the company is doing, end of story.
