No, the 47 patient trial was the combo trial. See PR below. The mono trial is the larger, 500 patient trial with multiple doses.

To clarify, I don’t know if RO was part of the combo or mono trial protocols. I suspect he wasn’t, but that doesn’t prevent the FDA from requesting it.
