This could cause a delay depending on when the IPO was to have been scheduled and how long it takes to cleanup this mess. I, for one, want to see the NUGX symbol removed from my NGIO shares asap. Going back to a no symbol would be preferable, attaching the NGIO symbol before the IPO could lead to more Gray Sheet shenanigans. Also, I wonder if the GNBT shares of NGIO has been affected. 64,153,151 shares x $.000189 = $12,125
