Ohm: first, you’re brilliant, and second, I couldn’t agree with you more on how the fda is likely giving our BLA on hiv the runaround. But you didn’t answer my question which is if they insist on the ro data and won’t accept our BLA without it then what is our recourse? They are in charge of our fate and showing that what they are asking for is irrelevant won’t make them change their mind. Nader will never sue them either as you suggest he do, so where will that leave our BLA? Anyone? This needs answers. It’s the elephant in the room.
