Not that I don't trust a government agency but...
The FDA approves Cue Health test. Cue is a publicity traded company. I wonder how many politicians or their families bought stock in time to ride. Innova is private so no one in Washington will benefit from their approval.
Also, it appears that the Cue test has some sort of a black box type of reader device. The FDA is familiar with approving vaccines, medicines, and medical devices. This may be more in their wheelhouse.
