Let me explain this to you,
No Generex management team member, no lawyer for Generex or ngio, no Dawson james member, and the companies Gnbt and NGIO have not authorized this symbol what’s so ever, our symboucomes from DTC and at dtc it’s still ngio, whomever filed this without my authorization is probably a dividend owner and got their broker to file for it, but I have not nor will I sign a 15c21. Why? because I’m only listing ngio on the NASDAQ no ridiculous Grey market, and the company with its lawyers will seek out and have this removed and whatever legal remedy available to whom did this to confuse and or hurt company and its shareholders, and again Generex, NuGenerex and or it’s employees and or it’s investment bank, partners, lawyers have any knowledge of how this was set up NUGX is not NGIO, period!
