GNBT/NGIO are working on the NUGX issue.
It was not done by anyone associated with the company and was done without the companies permission. Most likely a dividend holder using SEC Rule 15c2-11 which allows broker dealers to initiate or resume trading quotes on OTC securities by filing Form 211 with FINRA...
Joe assures me NGIO is still the symbol and it will be listed on the NAZ. The DTC provides the symbol and still has it as NGIO.
