So you are telling me that it would be possible to take our NGIO dividend shares and create a buy/sell deal on the Gray Market? Since Joe says that he know nothing about the NUGX assignment, would it be possible then for the Gray Market MM just create a fictitious ticker symbol out of nowhere to give credence to the trade? Is that legal? And does that mean that anyone with Gray Market access can sell their NGIO dividend shares under the NUGX stock symbol? What happens when to the shares when NGIO goes public and someone owns NGIO shares that are designated NUGX? Will that make the shares invalid?

I know nothing about Gray Markets, never dealt with them. Since my TDA accounts are a traditional IRA and a Roth, that is probably why I can’t (for my protection) due Gray Sheet trades.
