I don't see the draw back to a partnership, for Covid only.
They might be able to get a small cash infusion $20-30M and the stock price would jump substantially. Abbie could easily increase their small stake and fund the Covid trial which would get them through HIV approval. Even if covid revs were split with some kind of percentages it stabilizes all the funding and shows BP interest even if they don't look for a BO.
