Great post Airedale i saw where another Company is banking on the same thing I'll dig it back out, myself personally it has sure helped me i don't feel no older than close 40 I'm doing all that i did back then and some more now i stay focused better to me its just amazing i mix mine with Turmeric Curcumin which has been amazing, plus we are supposedly to have a deal with Nourish Me which is to combine them together.
