I have to totally disagree with you.
TDA said (again): “This is the correct ticker symbol for Nugenerex Immuno Oncology Inc, when the company went through the reorganization to update the ticker symbol, this is the symbol (NUGX) they authorized for these shares.”
These shares, our NGIO dividend, took place back in February 2020. We just didn’t know that these shares were under the NUGX symbol until last week. The reason why they were put on the Grey Sheets is because they are not being actively traded on any exchange, but they were “traded” to us when we got the dividend shares back in Feb. 2020.
No one is trading these NUGX shares. Certainly not GNBT. NGIO is not issuing anymore shares using NUGX. If they did, there would have to be SEC notification that new (treasury) shares were being issued. And how can we trade our shares? Does your broker permit Gray Sheet trading, my TDA account doesn’t.
