I personally would like them to do the SEC filing ASAP, considering what's at stack here or give a damn good reason to wait till the very last minute. I would have thought that if this "deal" is as important as it was explained to be, that as just a show of good faith, QMC would bust hump to comply...not rope-a-dope till the very last second. (.....I realize they ONLY had 24 months to do this!)
