Chiro is submitting (or has already submitted) the documents needed to be able to deliver LL for patients whose doctors have specifically requested LL. The way I heard it, if they have positive outcomes from these first few 'trials', EUA will be granted along with the ability to sell LL. No EUA doesn't disallow giving LL to patients, just the commercial sales of LL.
