Someone on the panel said there are no effective treatments available for this who are severe/critical. There is no excuse for the EFFDA to not grant EUA while collecting more data. Based on what I saw of the character of the Philippines FDA doctors on theur YouTube video discussing LL, I am positive the Philippines will begin buying LL as soon as they are able.

Perhaps by the the announcement of this development or immediately thereafter, the US EFFDA will be compelled to give EUA to not look stupid that another country approved a drug developed in the US and proven to be effective against CV19.
