If there is no deception then why not just come out and state for the record because this is what I would do ‘hey this is what’s missing and this is how we are going to get it done and back to the FDA and when we’re going to do it’… if there is a problem with the occupancy test then they should’ve stated that from the get go because they bloody well knew it and explained the process of getting it done to their shareholders.
