I'm still under the impression that amendments will be filed to the NGIO S-1's before listing occurs.
If that is the case, they would likely want to wait until after the quartly report is filed, which should happen next week.
After that, 2 weeks for the sec to review the amendments and 2 weeks for a roadshow.
My best estimate is another 6 weeks, minimum.
