Hylander,
So the big question would be, who would/could be selling? I doubt anyone who got dividend shares would have the connection to make Grey Market deals. And if you did, FESS UP! Which leaves the GNBT shares and/or NGIO un-issues (treasury) shares. I Am pretty sure Joe would know about that. And we are still talking about NGIO shares, not NUGX.
Ticker symbol info:

NGIO is still the ticker for Nugenerex https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/ngio
Document for requesting a ticker change (NGIO to NUGX) https://www.sec.gov/rules/other/nasdaqllcf1a4...record.pdf There is no ticker change for NGIO on NASDAQ.
It is looking to me, more and more, someone behind the scenes has yet to discover that they had a “Oh crap” moment using NUGX instead of NGIO.
