Well, I wouldn't say they would be determining the IPO price, but it certainly would tell us SOMETHING if we had visibility to what someone was willing to pay for shares early... and what someone was willing to let them go for.
As the trades would really transact after the regular shares would trade, I suspect we would never see the details of these trades until after the NGIO shares are trading. But that's just supposition on my part.
