All responsibility falls on the CEO of the organization. The management team along with the advisory board should also be held accountable. The age and gender matching in a clinical trial is standard. In other words, this mistake once again demonstrates that Nader is over his head, Kelly is over his head (remember he is a rehab physician; not a clinical trial expert) and as such we continue to have mistakes! Truly unacceptable.
