Correction.
The 10K for small companies is 90 days from the end of the year not 60 like certain large companies.
10Q still due 45 days after quarter ended.
So next due dates are:
10K April 1st
10Q May 15th
10Q July 15th
10Q November 15th
We are not currently a reporting company officially. KB still files unaudited reports usually a few days late.
