Spinner,
I could agree with the transfer premise if the ticker was NGIO, the official ticker registered with the SEC for NUGENEREX IMMUNO-ONCOLOGY. NUGX is not registered with the SEC.
More Grey market/sheet info:

My TDA account has NUGX for Nugenerex, but on the SEC Filings tab, there are no references. And when I do a TDA search for NGIO, the search says the symbol doesn’t exist. The SEC has all the filings, including the ALL important S-1s IPO under NGIO. Yet, this page https://sec.report/Ticker/NGIO shows at the bottom that NGIO can be “traded” on TDA, among others.
I have not heard back from TDA yet, though I expect it will take a full business day or two. But in the mean time, to paraphrase Ricky Ricardo, "Someone got some 'splaining to do!"
