Schools, businesses, medical services all have their groups records. I suspect QMC HealthID can be behind the scenes and the info is added after the test or vaccine. That way a separate registration is not necessary and the process goes faster.

DIY home tests need the QMCH to register individuals one time. I don't know how the test results are handled but am sure there is a process.
