Regarding Kym Nelson's seeming departure, I believe it was planned in advance. She never got an option package when she joined Verb, unlike other c-level execs Mitch Bledsoe and Julie Holdren who joined pretty much the same time.

According to her Linkedin profile she is "pioneering social commerce - incubating", which is right in Verb's wheelhouse, so who knows what's going on.
