There is one other possibility I can think of, if the NUGX symbol is deliberate. It could be the place holder symbol for those of us who have been given NGIO shares as a dividend, to be used until a designated time period sometime after the IPO. This would allow the IPO to function in a normal manner without a bunch of dividend NGIO shares flooding the market. Anxious sellers wanting to cash in their dividend shares during the initial IPO, could cause the initial IPO share price offering to collapse. So using NUGX until the NGIO pps is stable and then converting the NUGX share to NGIO would be, I think, a good move.
