Just a thought but maybe no difference or actually worse at day 42 or 60. I never though of it that way until we were told we have roughly 3-1 ratio of all the 65+ patients highest mortality rate among that group. Placebo had very few. Can’t understand other than ethical reasons why do 2-1 I feel instead of 80% +65’s worst case on a 1-1 trial woulda been closer to 60-40
