Couple of problems with your post - good thing you are not on BOD
We should not stop a 140 person pivotal phase 3 trial to finish a phase 2 LH trial. This LF trial will not lead to EUA - it is only 50 patients to see if there is a signal to define a phase 3 trial.
Get a buyout - this is unlikely for the terms that NP wants And we are as close as we have with ever been to catalysts.
One relatively easy way to raise money and not dilute is to offer a warrant conversion incentive.
These are in our share count anyway so why not monetize them.
