I know little about the process but wouldn’t the obvious bet from the beginning have been to do a non inferiority trial against the then only approved drug remdeathisnear ?
Sure you don’t get to parade all the wonderful qualities of LL but do a follow up phase 4 after approval and aim at whatever you want....
