nmbr1stckpckr (who again bravely has me on ignore): CYDY is not "hiding behind the law", the law IS the law and they have to follow it. Think, try to think, just for a second what would happen if the FDA did something against the law in hopes of helping people, but some people died or were injured from it. Then you'd be crying that the FDA doesn't even follow the law.

CYDY investors are not upset at good news, we are upset that management seems to have screwed up yet again, quite possibly due to their lack of experience. "Good results" mean nothing if they don't reach the threshold necessary for EUA or approval.
