Can you remind me exactly how Gilead was able to get Remdesivir an approval? Did they hit their ORIGINAL primary endpoint? Nor even close as they modified it during the trial.
What the heck was the endpoint they did meet with their P value < .05? Anyone ? Bueller?
Maybe the endpoint was that the drug sucked????
