Frustrating to hear Nader with miserly comments about dilution when they have had many opportunities to raise money over the last 10 months. Yes, shareholders don't want excessive dilution but there are times when raising money can be a very positive thing. The authorized shares were increased for a reason, one that should have been beyond setting aside shares for bonuses and consultants.
