JMHO, based on the conflicting claims now surfacing of reinfections the only way to provide the safest wok environment would require a minimum bi weekly testing.
Why I believe the antibody test is not the answer and the testing for the active virus is

The point of testing IS NOT, who is healthy to go back to work the point is to stop a CARRIER of the virus from bringing it to an enclosed environment and contaminating it.
