Breaking it down logically..if serious results were bad they would have to PR it. There has been a lot said about the SEC and does Cytodyn need to post material information if the fda says to keep it quiet. Everything I have found says the SEC has guidelines fro putting material Information out there Inculding a catch all phrase they use around “operational implications”..
I believe Cytodyn legal reviewed where they were at to date with the data analysis and said “ we know what we have with critical so you need to put it out there.” I do not believe they have completed the review of the serious patients completely at the time of the press release. I wouldn’t be surprised if that doesn’t come out in a PR Sunday or Monday but obviously, that is a hope, not based on any knowledge I have. The fact they don’t mention it at all is in line with a continual struggle with PRs in general that are verbose but leave out obvious critical information important for shareholders to know
