Some read the literature. Some listen to the scientists. Some draw inferences from what been said and what hasn’t been said.
Very few people shit on the CEO day in and day out and then claim to have based their due diligence on what the CEO has said.
In North America (especially Canada), a penny stock a CEO is often referred to as a “promoter”. That should tell you everything you need to know about what good he is.
