I hope another shoe will drop.
Even if not, run another trial with time to discharge to endpoint as primary endpoint, as Cytodyn could (should?) have done with CD10 and NEWS2 endpoint.
No drug is going to work on every trial endpoint. Figure out which trial endpoint can be easily achieved and sufficed for FDA and go for it.
I am super tired of waiting like nearly everyone here, and I have not been here even a year.
Not to sound like an NP apologist, but very hard to predict which endpoint to make primary last year or that other drugs would get approval just on days to clinical resolution.
If that is the path forward, follow it.
