Does my "guess" about the make up of the 62 patients make any sense? It uses much lower mortality than yours, but also shows a 24% reduction. Seems like that lower mortality level makes it much harder to get the p-value down (requires a much larger population).
Perhaps your example and mine are near the "boundaries" of possible based on the limited data that we have, and it is really impossible to guess what the actual results have been to date.
