How is a company supposed to design a trial to meet stat sig for a new disease that no one knows how it will progress. On top of that the SOC was evolving during the trial so outcomes changed . No wonder every other company had to change enpoints and even in our case the FDA may go out 60 days particulary in cases of the severe patients.
