On a positive note, the “Lead Investigators” at 3 of the 4 Research / Tertiary hospitals have all put their name, backing, reputation , etc., on the line with their “endorsement” and anticipated request of an EUA as noted in the recent pre print.
These are major research institutions with fantastic reputations in their respective major metro locations.

I totally agree and would add these same institutions review boards are allowing the inhaler trials too.. indicating the the first trial was safe and potentially meaningful
