The data on severe must have had zero significance since it was disregarded in the PR. It also makes sense that the mortality must have been very small for this population and thus very difficult to show any improvement. I do believe that LL can help with the severe population but it won't show up when trying to measure against mortality. Maybe it would show up more like NEWS2 preventing severe from progressing to critical.
