Fear of economic sanctions for stepping on the FDA's toes will keep the UK and Canada from straying, but the Philippines or Brazil may go rogue. It was encouraging to hear the P.I. mentioned again after a three-month silence. Seeing Brazil on the list was a pleasant surprise even if their new cases and death rates are raging out of control.

I don't get why an EUA would not be forthcoming if the results are as great as NP says.
