Let’s look at remdesivir data that received EUA. 531 patients received rem. Primary outcome was changed during trial. They provided up to 10 doses on a patient. 52 patients stopped the trial due to SAE. 15 died and 15 withdrew for other reasons
* 11.4% of rem trial died
* 15.2% of placebo patients died
They reduced hospital stay from 9 days, all the way down to 7 days.
Now let’s compare VX with REM.
